Hailing from a design engineering background, with a few years of barbering. Creativity and perfection are some of my main traits, not to mention being born under the star sign of Virgo makes me one with a keen eye for detail.
What got me into becoming a SMP artist?
Well…. being one that suffered immensely with hair loss in my late thirties. It definitely took a toll on my self-confidence and social life, and being that self-conscious it led me into trying the traditional methods such as Finestrade and Minoxidil. These methods do work, however it’s not a permanent solution as their initial results do fade off with time.
Eventually I decided to give scalp micropigmentation a try….and DID I!!!! I did, but disappointingly after the first session healed it turned out to be completely botched and looked hideous. After a year of painful laser removal treatments and more research into SMP. It got me intrigued and led me to a career change, and one where I can use my creativity and detailed approach to helping others to get that confidence boost that we all need sometime.
